Harvest wraiths are known to appear on bright days, roaming fields. While they look like normal women at first, they can be identified by the scythes they carry.

The creatures may act as guardians of certain sites and harvest wraiths typically ask travellers to solve riddles before they can pass through.

Those who answer wrong have their heads cut off.
